Today marks the start of ! During this month, the United States honors the cultures and contributions of Hispanic and Latino Americans from September 15th to October 15th. Hispanics and Latinxs account for over half of the country's growth. Culture is celebrated everyday at R|MILLER and we thrive on diversity within our organization. Join us in honoring the histories and contributions of Americans who came form Spain, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Central/South America and their rich and diverse roots!

As we close out the month of July, R|MILLER along with would like to shine a light on inclusion and diversity within our teams! This week we focus on the importance of celebrating diversity and implementing inclusion in the workplace. At R|MILLER, new ideas and initiatives stem from our employees. We value opinions and thrive on making everyone feel respected and accepted within our organization. Diversity and inclusion play a huge role in our success because we learn from each other and that’s how we grow.
