Well Being Community Center

Amazing opportunity to work together with Snohomish County Health Department creating positive impacts in our community.

Congratulations to the eight community organizations who took part in our latest Community Navigator program!

Utilizing funding from the Washington State Department of Health, SCHD worked with our partners to implement two social media campaigns and five outreach events featuring vaccine clinics and resources on topics from chronic disease to firearm safe storage. Participants said the events increased awareness of health resources, strengthened community wellbeing, and provided much-needed vaccines to community members who lack access to health care.

Thank you to our partners at Korean Community Service Center, LETI, the Marshallese Association of North Puget Sound, Oceania NW, Pacific Islander Health Board of WA, Washington West African Center, NASHI and the Well Being Community Center. Your work in service of our Snohomish County residents inspires us and we appreciate your continued partnership!
