One of the first protestors in the Stonewall riots of 1969, Miss Major has been leading the fight for trans justice for the last 50 years. She has devoted her life to criminal justice reform, founding the Transgender, Gender Variant, Intersex Justice Project (TGIJP) in order to protect the rights of trans and non-binary individuals who have been incarcerated.
