On May 14th, Boston Spirit Magazine hosted their annual LGBT Professional Networking Night, and it was truly inspiring to visually capture the energy of the event. The evening kicked off with a powerful address from Attorney General Andrea Joy Campbell setting the tone for an unforgettable night.

In response to the recent surge of anti-LGBT legislation and Executive Orders, Boston Spirit brought together a panel of national LGBT leaders to share their efforts in the fight for equality and LGBT rights. Their insights aimed to inspire hope, while energizing and motivating us all as we continue standing up for justice and what is right.

I have been honored to work for photographing their many programs throughout the state. All the images from this 18th annual Women Helping Women event as well as all the large panels of photos throughout the space are my photos. Like my own personal portfolio! Images really do help to tell important stories about people's lives and challenges they face. Crossroads is there to help.
This annual event brought together more than 500 committed women in support of Crossroads' Women's Shelter, Domestic Violence Program, and other essential programs for women experiencing homelessness across Rhode Island. It was a powerful night at the in Providence. This is organization is the real deal!
