I'm happy to share that I received my Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) Certificate from the National Association of REALTORS®!

This course focuses on both understanding and using CMAs, honing your pricing skills and practices, and about the Code of Ethics as it relates to pricing. I consider pricing strategy and marketing strategy two of my strengths, but this course was great to refine those skills and to practice navigating difficult conversations.
