Conflict is unavoidable. People don't always agree on everything, even when they get along well. Problems don't have to turn into violent fights. Conflicts can flare up quickly, cause stress, and make it hard to reach goals. Things can get heated, uncomfortable, and not very useful when people don't get along. If these problems aren't dealt with, they can make or break a situation or relationship.

When things get tough, we need to focus on the task at hand. To deal with the darkness of our situation, we need to change what we're doing. So you don't burn out, remind yourself to slow down when it's time.
