After several weeks struggling with back injury and low energy, trying to get back into the groove.
period of intense workouts and training (should you enjoy these ?) must be followed by REGENERATIVE times. Your body and mind change all the time: Learn, listen and adapt. I replaced my workout routine with lots of landscaping, and long walks with my dog during this injury but most importantly I took the time to appreciate “little moments” with my family. Creative activities, family bonding and quality family time brought positive vibes during these past few months ....keep on plugging along through 2020, be kind to people, be kind to yourself 🙏🏻
