Buying organic everything can add up fast.
The “Clean 15” is a list of fruits and vegetables that tend to have lower detectable pesticide residues, and it can help you figure out which foods to buy conventional (affordable).
The bigger picture? Eating fruits and vegetables regularly is far more important than eating organic-only.
