Look guys what happened when i was jacking the truck.... What can I do!!?

Went to remove a lug nut and snapped a stud right off. I know this has prob been discussed, but do the studs need pressed in or can i just pull it through by tightening the lug nut? Ive heard that can damage the threads? Tia for any input

Customer states that after he changed the cam-belt the car didn't start, he brought the car to the workshop and we saw this 🤦.

I had a dealership replace the timing chain on my Buick Enclave. I picked it up and within 15 minutes I started hearing a knocking noise from the engine. I had it towed back because I thought it was a connecting rod. They called me Friday saying it was indeed a connecting rod knocking, but they claimed it had nothing to do with the timing chain work. I don’t know enough to push back, so I’m looking for some outside opinions.
While they were doing the timing chain job, another vehicle in the shop rolled into mine and caused front-end damage (they fixed it, but took no pictures of the damage before/after).
UPDATE: A few days ago they texted saying that when they did the timing chain job they changed the oil and didn’t see any metal or plastic shavings, so they didn’t drop the oil pan or clean the screens. They offered to pull the pan now so my mechanic friend could watch for free. Today they did it and found tons of metal, saying the engine is toast and needs replacing. I’m confused because there was supposedly no metal before, and now suddenly there’s a ton. They’re saying this must have been building up for a while, but they originally diagnosed it as just the timing chain — and now after only 15 minutes back in my hands, it supposedly needs a whole new engine.

What could cause this kind of twisting on a prop shaft? Any ideas what leads to something like this?

I’m back with another question about my 2010 Odyssey LX. I recently replaced the valve cover gaskets and after running the engine and test driving it, everything seems fine overall. However, there’s still a small leak right around the drain plug. I put in a brand new plug, torqued it properly, and used the correct washer. The leak does appear to be a lot less than before, and I don’t see oil anywhere else — just at the plug. Any ideas what might be causing this? Sorry for all the beginner questions!
