The financial district values continue to plummet, even if there is more activity in the marketplace.
This is going to cause more headaches for Boston’s budget in the future and Boston Policy Insitute, Inc is doing tremendous coverage on that. Go follow them.
But, the region and state need to be cautious about how this plays out too. Nothing happens in a vacuum.

The Color Of Law by Richard Rothstein should be required reading for getting a real estate license and reviewed every few years for re-education. what do you guys think? I’d be happy to send along copies in case anyone has not read it.
