You’re a good man, Charlie Brown.
We are deep in our Charlie Brown era over here, so celebrating our sweet boy with the most old-school, seasonally perfect theme felt absolutely right. 🎃🍂✨ It was so him.
We served the essentials from Charlie Brown’s Thanksgiving—pretzels, popcorn, jelly beans—plus peppermint patties and “Charlie Brown-ies.” (The circus peanuts didn’t make it to the table, but alas… even Snoopy would understand! 😂)
The sign read “Welcome to the Peanut Gallery”, and it truly was. The party was held at the most aesthetically pleasing, kid-friendly art studio in the next town over. I’m thrilled we stayed and shopped local and got to support such wonderful small businesses and entrepreneurs.
A huge thank you to Kidcasso in Wakefield for the incredible backdrop, artwork, and warm hospitality.
The fun cake was by Colarusso’s Bakery in Stoneham.
The perfect cake toppers were found at The Paper Store.

After a summer of treasured family adventures, it feels wonderful to be back in planning mode. I was not gala ready, and had to do my own hair and makeup and know how that sounds but iykyk, but when the invite came in the day before the gala, I knew declining was not an option after my valentine gave me his blessing to celebrate without him. Big thanks to and for creating an evening worthy of ditching my valentines and capturing us so beautifully.
