What's better on a nice summer's day than boba tea? Boba/Bubble tea is a simple recipe and really hits the spot on those warm afternoons. This recipe provides about 3 pints of boba tea:

⅓ cup tapioca pearls boiled until black and chewy.

3 cups black tea (strong cold-brewed) [Recommended tea: Yixing Black Tea]
¼ cup whole milk
3-6 ice cubes (depending how cold you want it)
Mix the milk, tea, and ice together in a blender or mix the tea and milk together and pour over ice. Place the tapioca pearls in the glass before adding the rest of the mixture.

Add sugar to preferred taste
