Under Leslie Hale's leadership, the organization successfully transitioned to become an independent nonprofit, expanded its reach into Florida while continuing to strengthen mentoring across Georgia, and navigated significant operational change with resilience, creativity, and determination.

This recognition celebrates an organization that embraced transformation, strengthened partnerships, and continued putting young people first every step of the way. Congratulations!

Congratulations to Ryshun Sampson, Communications and Marketing Officer at Mentor Washington, recipient of MENTOR's inaugural Network-wide Collaboration Award.

As co-lead of the Communications Committee, Ryshun has created opportunities for Affiliates to learn from one another while leading initiatives like the Network's social media metrics pilot and developing tools that strengthen communications across our Network.

Her work embodies the idea that a rising tide lifts all boats. Thank you, Ryshun, for helping make our entire Network stronger.
