One of the biggest union organising victories in the last century! 👏

Congratulations to the App Drivers Union (ADU) on winning a landmark victory for platform workers in Massachusetts - the first rideshare unionisation in the USA.

ADU, backed by ITF unions 32BJ SEIU and Machinists Union, unified drivers working across multiple platforms who will now demand a fairer slice of the profits being made by rideshare platforms like Uber and Lyft.

This win in Massachusetts shows the power of workers coming together. Now, the solidarity must go global. At the International Labour Conference in Geneva next week, governments have a once in a generation opportunity to change platform work forever by adopting the Platform Workers Convention - they must deliver.
