We’re so excited to welcome Delaney O’Donnell to the team as Executive Assistant to Amy Carlisle and Maia DaSilva.

Born and raised in Monmouth County, New Jersey, and a University of Vermont graduate, Delaney brings a thoughtful, organized, design-minded approach to everything she does. After moving from Somerville to Beacon Hill, she’s quickly making Boston home and already bringing so much care, steadiness, and warmth to the way our team supports clients!

Outside of work, you’ll find her practicing yoga, running along the Charles River, skiing throughout New England, trying new restaurants around Boston, or spending time at the shore with her family and dogs, Finn and Ruth.
