Back Bay | Beacon Hill Charlestown| Savin Hill
I am breakdown this week sales market who has leverage and who might have to have a well thought out strategy to meet their goal.
Most of these markets saw shorter days on market for the exception of Charlestown SF which saw longer days on market . Charlestown Condo Market had the most above asking activity at 10. When looking at the median sales price for all of these markets most were down for the exception of Back Bay Single Family market and BH and Charlestown Condo market.
