The inaugural Q***r [Re]public Festival wasn’t just about performances, this was a celebration of identity affirming process, works, and space.

From June 26–29, we transformed Arrow Street Arts into a portal of liberation through movement, storytelling, sound, and touch. The festival was a showcase of intention and craft, honoring the 22-month Q***r [Re]public Emergent Artists Residency. Thank you Victoria Lynn Awkward, Cheyenne Wyzzard-Jones, and River Guidry for trusting us to bring your visions to life.

Thank you to our collaborators, sponsors, and audiences for being part of this moment. Together, we’re shaping a unique legacy and we're grateful to be in community with you all.

In The Space Between by Victoria Lynn Awkward is a river toward care and liberation. It is our honor to present four performances of this work at our inaugural Q***r [Re]public Festival which opens TODAY!

Victoria, in our 22-months together we've seen you evolve as an artist, human, and leader. You are an example of many Q***r Liberatory Aesthetics in action, particularly Wholeness, Emotional Risk, and Tenderness:
"This is how the spell works. We take care of ourselves, we take
care of each other, we take care of our people."

Thank you for trusting us to produce this work with you. Anyone who experiences this piece will leave with a deeper sense of wonder and curiosity about their place in the world. Thank you for the portals.

To our TTO community, we want to ensure that anyone who would like to experience this work is able to, so we are offering a promo code to get a free ticket (while supplies last) using code TTOFAM which you can enter on the ticketing page where it says "Voucher Code." The Theater Offensive is a space for artists by artists, so we want to ensure the price is not a barrier for anyone.

We'll see you all tonight for our opening reception. Be ready to dance!
