LiFE is NOW

A friend of ours recently sent a text with an image attached and stating the worn item in the image was a representation of how they were feeling at that particular time. The item was worn, tattered, wrinkled it look like it had gone through the wash a few times. Although much of the image was illegible, the core message was still highly visible and readable. Choosing to acknowledge the potential good in every moment we reminded them that despite being torn and tattered, there was still an opportunity to realize that regardless of the current situation, life is always now, and there is still some hope and goodness still to explore.
