🌳 Do you have a favorite tree?

I do.

Whenever I feel overwhelmed, scattered, or simply need a moment to reconnect, I visit a tree near my home. I lean against its trunk, close my eyes, and breathe. Within minutes, I feel calmer, more grounded, and reminded that I am part of something larger than myself.
