U.S. EPA finalized its unlawful repeal of the endangerment finding yesterday – the landmark scientific and legal determination that climate pollution harms public health and welfare.

Eliminating the endangerment finding disregards the consequences of pollution – despite the mountain of scientific evidence that greenhouse gas emissions harm public health and the environment.

CATF will challenge this repeal – continuing to defend the law and the science to safeguard these critical climate and public health protections.
