Parents, athletes, and coaches are invited to join us on Wednesday, May 28th at 6:30pm at Magnitude Strength & Power in Norwell for a discussion all about building more resilient athletes.
We have a great panel who will be speaking on:
-Warning signs & symptoms of injury and how to reduce your risk
-The role nutrition plays in athlete health and performance and how to improve it
-The mental side of injury and how mindset can help with recovery
Attendees will have a chance to ask questions and speak directly with panelists! Food will be provided by Clandestine Kitchen.
