Claire and Caleb met as interns on the 20th floor of Hahnemann Hospital in Philadelphia on the first day of their cardiology rotation. The setting was a small, closet-sized workroom with no windows - hardly the ideal place for a first impression! Just a few years later, for their wedding at Wright-Locke Farm in Wi******er, Massachusetts, they drew inspiration from the ghost pipe flower and it's sentimental meaning of nurturing. A pale white forest flower, the ghost pipe cannot photosynthesize like other plants and instead relies on nutrients from the network of mushrooms and plants beneath the forest floor. This idea of symbiosis and roots inspired the couple’s wedding vision: to be surrounded by those who have supported and nurtured their relationship. Planned with the help of One28 Events and photographed by Nicole Chan Photo & Video, this woodsy wedding told a wonderful botanical story blending bright and earthy tones with whimsical touches.
