That quote hits different, especially because I’m often asked, “don’t you get nervous teaching people to teach exactly what you do through cert?” Heckity heck, NO! Why would I hold something so special just for me?

We are not creating robots
We are not creating carbon copies
We are creating leaders who all have a unique story and ready to share their magic with the world

And! Some of our instructors go on to teach on our virtual program, which is part teaching and part learning. Through weekly coaching, they get to learn from amazing leaders in different industries.

A little Monday motivation and love for some (wish I could fit all!!) incredible women who have mentored our virtual crew, uplifting them, teaching them and giving them the tools and confidence to inspire others.

It's a new cycle and I think it's GREAT that we start this season re-balancing our emotions on the Root Chakra which is represented by the color Red and starts our foundation, the 1st of the 7 main chakras (wheels of light and there's over 100 BTW) and where most energy healers would say a lot of us live in a lot of the time, which is fear and in low vibrations. It is located at the base of the spine or coccyx/tail bone.

It represents security and survival or basic needs. I personally battle with this chakra and focus a lot on keeping this energy balanced. This shows up in me as anxiety, fear, not being financially secure and sometimes low low loooow energy that just puts a gal in negative moods. But the thing is, that's life! Life is a cyclic of emotions and will do that to ya. And when we can at least acknowledge these feelings and moments, then we can begin to heal and work on it.
