2025 was the “best year” of my career. A big thank you to ALL clients, friends, family for your continued loyalty and trust. 🙏🙏
Although I am proud of what was accomplished this past year on a production front, for me, real estate has never been about total sales volume. It has always been about doing right by people. This often makes for some really hard decisions, and a lot more work.. but this approach has always provided me with purpose. I constantly remind myself I am being entrusted with one of your most important investments, and I do not take that lightly.
Over my 20+ year career, the quantitative amount of production has consistently increased. While an important measuring stick for strategy and adjustments, it’s not something that personally provides a high level of fulfillment or motivation. It’s more the experiences, challenges, and relationships that do it for me! Looking back, I would say my lasting professional impressions from ‘25 are:
•The people I was able to help. Specifically, a few that showed incredible courage through very difficult personal situations. I will always remember these; down to the details.
•The ability to make real-time adjustments to save deals that were nearly lost.
•The value-add for seller/buyer clients. My condo buyer clients averaged 3.2% BELOW asking acceptance, seller clients 5.3% OVER asking.
•Avoiding shortcuts. There have never been more available with social media, AI; etc. I realized a long time ago that shortcuts often lead to getting lost! 2025 was this lesson in action.
