Free Taylor Man's Scatter Shad. Like, Share, Comment for a chance to win!

One of my favorite new lures for 2014! Ill find an area with structure in 3-5 feet of water that quickly drops off to 7-10 ft+ of water. I'll cast to shallow water, and slowly reel while I bounce my rod tip up. Once the lure gets to edge of the ledge ill let it fall and follow that ledge down several feet at a time. Every few feet i'll pop my rod tip up to give some extra action and momentarily pause or change the direction. . Its important to keep the lure as close to the ledge as possible. As the lure is falling make sure you pick up the slack in the line, the bass will crush this lure and take off for deeper water.

This lure hits the water like an alarmed school of shad, scattering a confusing array of light flashes with the clicks and clinks that sound almost identical to the sound made by a school of shad.

At every retrieve speed the lure remains upright, blades slicing and clashing resembling a noisy, disruptive cloud of minnows; yet on killing the retrieve, the bait drops cleanly, blades fluttering erratically like panicked prey diving for cover.
