Last week we headed to Edson Hill in Stowe, VT for an overnight Cathartes winter offsite. Between the late nights, early mornings, and a lot of snow - capped off with nighttime snowshoeing before sitting down to a memorable dinner, we walked away with fresh energy and a reminder of why we build together.

Welcome Hayley Copp to the Cathartes team!
Hayley joins us as our Controller, bringing 10+ years of commercial real estate experience. She oversees internal accounting, development accounting, and investor and lender reporting. Hayley previously worked at AEW Capital Management and The Bulfinch Companies, managing financial reporting for private funds and separate accounts.
She holds dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Accounting and Hospitality & Tourism Management from UMass Amherst’s Isenberg School of Management. Outside the office, Hayley enjoys skiing, exploring local beaches and trails, and cheering on the Celtics with her family. She lives in Kingston, MA with her husband, son, and two rescue dogs.
