DC: A major redevelopment milestone for Washington, DC.
Earlier this week, Mayor Bowser released the draft master plan for the transformation of the 174-acre RFK Campus, outlining a vision for a new mixed-use district featuring up to 6,500 housing units, parks and recreation space, retail, entertainment uses, and a new stadium for the Washington Commanders. The plan divides the site into six development districts and will guide the long-term redevelopment of one of the District’s largest urban infill opportunities. Public comment on the draft plan is open through August 14.

FL: Construction has officially started on 14 Roc, a 31-story condominium tower in Downtown Miami. Developed by 14th Street Miami Investments, Llc , an affiliate of Russell Galbut’s GFO Investments, in partnership with Cervera Real Estate, the project will deliver 283 residences ranging from studios to two-bedroom-plus-den units.

Boston: A Letter of Intent has been filed for a proposed 155-foot mixed-use tower at 45 Bromfield Street in Boston's Downtown Crossing neighborhood. Designed to comply with the city's new Article 31 Skyline District zoning regulations, the project would bring 158 residential units to the site.
