Recently, the Tech Goes Home team had the honor of presenting to a cohort of 26 fellows from the Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders at Bridgewater State University. This fellowship brings emerging leaders from African countries to the United States for academic and leadership training. Together, we harnessed this international exchange of knowledge and expertise to discuss how Massachusetts-based initiatives can be adapted to bridge the digital divide globally, enhance employability, and foster long-term economic empowerment.

The award recognizes our joint work in Boston & Lowell, which has provided over 2,000 individuals and families with digital skills, devices, and internet.
