This past year, I got to understand perception of beauty from diverse individuals at a prestigious school. The truth is, we admire features from all ethnicities. The more we understand this, the sooner we get it that no one group of people are superior to the next. Loving yourself begins with knowing who you are deep within(likes, dislikes, happy place, triggers, motives), not what you decide to do with your body or features… please do NOT believe otherwise.
