Congrats to my buyers for getting their offer accepted on this great home in Lexington! We were able to secure this home by being strategic on the terms as it was a multi offer situation! I can't wait to help them get to the closing table. Especially excited since it is a large yard and there were mentions of backyard chickens. I love backyard chickens haha!

Congrats to my buyers for getting their offer accepted on this beautiful previously renovated single family home in Norton. We actually didn't make the first round although my client's wife thought we would be hearing good news. Turns out, we did, albeit a week later because the other buyer got cold feet! They are excited to get the ball rolling and closing asap so they can move into their forever home!
