We need to talk about vegetables. 🥦✨

Most of us are not eating enough of them!

And then we wonder why digestion feels off, energy dips hard, and cravings run the show.

✨ ALMOST Halfway through the Stepping Into a Million challenge! ✨
Okay bestie, real talk… now that it’s getting colder and darker earlier, getting your steps in later in the day is only going to get harder. And this is where your future self is begging you to make one small shift:

Get your steps in earlier.
Like… earlier-earlier.

Here’s why this is a game changer, especially this time of year:

👣 1. Your energy is ALWAYS better in the morning.
Before the emails, the stress, the kids, the darkness… you’re fresher. You move differently. And that first win of the day? It literally sets the tone.

🌥️ 2. The weather only gets colder as the day goes on.
If you hate that late afternoon chill (same), knocking out a chunk of your steps before noon makes the rest feel so much easier.

🧠 3. You’ll stop “bargaining” with yourself at 6pm.
You know that conversation: “I’ll go after dinner”… then your couch whispers your name. Getting ahead of it removes the mental gymnastics.

💛 4. It becomes your built in self care.
Morning walks hit different. The quiet. The breathing space. The you time before the world starts pulling at you.

✨ So challenge for this next half:
Start your day with 1,000–2,000 steps.
Before the chaos. Before the cold. Before you talk yourself out of it.
