🌸I am so grateful that I get to do this work. All I’ve ever wanted to do is help people, but I never imagined I would be able to help people on such a deep level.

🌸This practice has brought so much balance and peace into my life. It’s healed me and allowed me to take up space.

🌸I’m really proud of myself for what I’ve been able to build so far and I can’t wait to see where it goes from here. So many wonderful people have entered my life over the last 5 years of doing this work. I’ve found my place in the world 🤍

🌸Thank you to everyone who has supported me and still supports me. Thank you to everyone who has opened up to me and shared such precious moments.

🌸I’ve learned that taking breaks (real ones where I “turn it off”) is essential to sustaining this work. So I am off for the next two weeks!

🌸Im about to unplug for the week and really fill my cup. I’ve been doing like double the amount of healing I was just this January and I am sooooo grateful. Helping people has always been a dream of mine and now I get to do it on such a deep, energetic level.

🌸With this I’ve learned that I need to take breaks. Like real breaks where im not responding or holding space for anyone but myself. It makes me a better practitioner.

🌸So I’m going to celebrate the fact that is alive, and that is marrying her soulmate, and that has a son that I can swim with. All while soaking in the sun, family, friendship, and hopefully good food!!
