Kelly has over five years of specialized experience as a Medical Virtual Assistant, building on more than 20 years of client services expertise across diverse industries.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and has seven years of demonstrated leadership experience as a People Leader, consistently driving strong team performance and high client satisfaction!

Kelly is honored to support medical practices she genuinely believes in, working with passion and purpose. Her healthcare background includes gender-affirming care, spinal pain management, and women’s healthcare, where she provides reliable, patient-centered virtual support.

Outside of work, Kelly enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, homeschooling her child, and practicing weight-lifting, combat sports, and martial arts for both discipline and therapeutic benefits 💪
