Forgotten Symbols

Can't lie, this isn't the easiest post for me to make, but I am 8 days into a liquid fast. (Should have taken before pics, but I wasn't totally comfortable as this isn't my usual content) I've lost 20 pounds already, I was 230, now 210 and I'm going to continue. I'm working to see how far I get, but after checking with a physician (also family member), I shouldn't go past 30 days without a health exam so I'll cap it off there. I'll post updates at the end of each week going forward to show progress.
