Northeastern Mock Trial

Colter, one of our best character and expert witnesses, is graduating this year! We wish him all the best as he works in biotech for a year before continuing his education!

"Mock Trial has been such an incredible experience for me. I did debate in high school, and when I first came to Northeastern I wanted to branch out into other areas of performing. Being a witness has helped me discover sides of myself I didn't know I could bring out, and the people on the team have helped me really discover what I want to do with my life. I'll always be grateful for the memories and friendships that I've made on this team, and I'll cherish this experience for a long time to come."

Our treasurer, Alex, is graduating! We'll miss him in the club next year, but we're excited to have him nearby as he earns his MS in accounting at here Northeastern before starting work at KPMG.

"Mock Trial has made so many great memories for me. It was amazing to see everyone grow so much over the past year and I hope that more people can join to share the experience. Maybe it was all of the late nights and long meetings, but in mock, I really grew close to all of my teammates and found life-long friends. The hard work of prepping for competitions and slugging it out in objection battles was always juxtaposed by the humor and silliness of my teammates. Through it all we created crazy theories, made the wackiest themes out of alliteration, and just ended up hanging and chatting hours after a meeting had ended. I loved all of it."

A fantastic season for A and B team came to a close this weekend. We couldn't be more proud of our competitors and of everything they've accomplished this year. Special congratulations to Riya Jha on her All-Regionals Witness Award!
