That’s right! Believe it or not, there isn’t just one way to do a stretch
Take Seated Tree (shown here) - a fantastic hips, hamstrings, and lower back stretch
Whether your hands reach your thigh, shin or toes - as long as you remember to:
▫️Lead with your chest (avoid rounding your spine)
▫️Keep your shoulders down & back
▫️Tuck your navel in toward your spine
▫️Reach your belly toward your thigh
Then you’re doing exactly what you need to do to enjoy the benefits of this stretch!
Remember:
✔️Be ok with where you start
✔️Be ok if today feels different than yesterday
✔️Be ok if it looks different than the guy next to you
