Volunteer Opportunities - MA RI Foster Care Adoption C4P Communities for People (CFP) serves youth and families in Massachusetts and Rhode Island through community-based residential programs, managed care networks, adoption, foster care, MAPP training, outpatient services, non profit back office support services, IT solutions and financial management.
