Gratitude for the Unknown: Release Control 05/14/2026

Gratitude for the Unknown: Release Control
There are seasons in life when we can clearly see the path ahead.
And there are seasons when we are asked to walk forward without knowing exactly where the road leads.

This month’s reflection explores gratitude for the unknown and the quiet practice of releasing control. Not giving up. Not disconnecting. But loosening our grip enough to allow life to reveal itself one step at a time.

What if uncertainty is not empty… but alive with possibility?

Sometimes transformation begins the moment we stop forcing and start listening.

✨ What would change if you trusted emergence more than control?

✨ 3 Easy Steps: Less Effort · More Release

Standing in this liminal passage between what has been and what is becoming, growth no longer asks us to add—more insight, more effort, more fixing.
It asks us to let go.
1. Stop Being: Armored and Braced
2. Stop Doing: Forcing and Pushing Through
3. Stop Having: Carrying Burdens

You cannot blossom while clenched.
Blooming requires bold softness.

✨ Reflection:
• What are you carrying that can be laid to rest?
• What are you forcing that could be allowed to flow?
• What are you fixing that could be radically accepted—just as it is?

This month’s blog is inspired by Pause at the Well and the wisdom of release.
Read it slowly. Let it meet you where you are.
