Congratulations to Nick Aronis, maintenance superintendent at Strada 234 Condominium in Boston, for being named recipient of the Unsung Hero Award presented Friday night at the 29th Annual Chapter Dinner and Awards Banquet hosted by Community Associations Institute- New England Chapter, the region's preeminent professional association to serve condominium and homeowner associations.

A group of Nick's colleagues were on hand to celebrate his achievement. Congratulations as well to Amy McGrath who was nominated as Community Association Manager of the Year. Amy is the property manager at The Residences at Black Rock, a condominium association in the town of Hingham.

Tip of the cap as well to the fine staff and volunteers at CAI-NE who hosted the evening gathering which included a Carnival Party theme.
