Homeless resources for cold weather The City of Boston has been working closely with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and Continuum of Care agencies to respond proactively to the health, safety, and care needs of homeless people, especially in extreme cold weather conditions.

Our Mobile Medical Van, the first program of its kind in the nation, connects with youth in need. The van is a national model for providing critical care: medical attention, survival kits, clothes, and referrals to services at Bridge Over Troubled Waters, and other agencies.
