This is your reminder that every single business owner is figuring it out as they go.
Want to know something a bit embarrassing? Up until today, no one on our team has had business cards. Not even Brandi. WHAT?! We know, we know. WE KNOW. 🙄 Honestly, until a few weeks ago we didn’t have a need for them (or so we thought). Our business is completely digital and all our clients found us through referrals. We were so focused on producing incredible work that we didn’t give networking a thought. We kept our heads down and focused on the work infront of us.
Last week, I (Brandi) went to this amazing event run by where I met so many business owners. I had inspiring conversations and walked away with a million ideas. To no ones surprise, I was asked for business cards. Was it embarrassing that I didn’t have any? A little, yes.
Yes, it was wrong of me to go to a networking event with no business cards. The whole thing happened so quickly, I didn’t have time to get my ducks in a row. Instead I went in with a plan; I got the contact info needed to reconnect with all of those people after, and I immediately solved the problem for the future. We finalized our business card designs and placed orders that night. 💫
If you’re having a bad moment, remember that we all do from time to time and we are all taking it day by day, figuring it out as we go. These moments will pass and we’ll grow from them. 🌱
Anyways, enjoy our brand new business cards. We’re pretty jazzed about them. 🤩

Today is National Write Your Story Day, so let’s talk about how Luneer Mgmt came to be!
As COVID forced people to take their skills online, my (Brandi's) dream for Luneer Mgmt developed organically. With a background in theatre, event management, and the fitness industry, I saw an opportunity to help new business owners who had incredible offerings; but were struggling to maintain operations. I noticed how fitness instructors regained control of their lives by taking their talents online. However, they needed help managing customer service, building websites, running their social media, and more. I stepped in as a Digital Studio Manager and soon realized that it wasn't just fitness instructors that needed help, but every entrepreneur and busy person out there.
The business experienced an unprecedented growth rate. As I strived to cater to the evolving requirements of our clients, I found myself making constant adjustments. However, in order to continue serving as a one-stop shop, I needed to hire help. Our team grew from a one-person operation to a robust twelve-member crew in a year and a half to fulfill the ever-changing needs of our clients. ✨
Today, Luneer Mgmt is a service agency that offers a range of services. Our purpose is to help you start a new, holistic relationship with your business. We take things off your plate in both your business and personal life so that you can get back to doing what you love most. We love helping business owners grow and accomplish their dreams with personalized support every step of the way. We believe in honesty, transparency, and meeting people where they are at.
My goal has always been to help people accomplish their goals while also creating the positive work environment I dreamed of having.
