📣 Although I am home, this hearing on Monday, Oct 27, 2025 at 10am is central to my exoneration. The Commonwealth has already agreed that I have suffered a miscarriage of justice, which is unprecedented, but the final stage is for the Judge to now validate this finding. He has already decided on Oct 14, 2025 that my issues warrant that I be immediately released as my pending motion for a new trial is being decided.
