Make sure you soak in water the raw chickpea overnight.
Boiled the amount desire of chickpea, for 20 mins or so Once is cook ( al dente tastes better ) leave out the fridge it to cool down and then place it in the fridge.
This recipe has lentils and other gluten free grains that I found in the kitchen. Once is cold, Add your favorite vegetables , with parsley, salt, olive oil and lemon π. Smoked paprika at the end to give an extra deliciousness kick !
