Yesterday, Jinna Riley Penachio and I hosted another private sound bath at the Salted Soul. And while we love creating these experiences for others, one of my favorite parts always comes after: when we turn it around and clear each other’s energy.

As practitioners, we are channels—what flows through us also lands on us. That’s why tending to our own energy is so important.

So here we are, two healers pausing to say we matter too!
