Websites + Blogs are also key for your success in real estate. Having a nice and modern website will help you a lot along with a blog. When blogging you can answer all the questions your clients might have and also provide great value to them.
Email marketing is another great tool that I have talked about here. Newsletters are a more direct way of communicating with your past, current, and potential clients. Staying in front of them with your follow ups will make a significant difference later on. Good headlines and powerful content will help you engage with your clients.
Paid advertising on platforms like facebook and google can help you connect with new people every single day, build connections, promote your listings and meet new people on a daily basis.
