This is why we are scheduled weeks out on tunes but worth the wait! A customer brought us his Caprice that another local shop tuned, the customer felt it wasn’t performing how it should. After making a baseline dyno run and seeing the afr and timing table I see why. 14.5afr at WOT and a timing table that shows the person just does not know what they are doing. After 3 pulls I had the afr and timing fixed and netted the customer an additional 62hp and way better drivability. Keep in mind that if someone can jump on your car and tune it at a moments notice there may be a reason why they aren’t busy 🤷🏼‍♂️. There is a big difference in getting something to run and making it run correctly!
