✨ ANNOUNCEMENT PT. 2 ✨
We are ~ expanding ~ while I am physically moving, The High Country will forever be &Beyond’s main home base. The Blue Ridge Mountains have been my home for 14 years now and I have decided it’s time for my self to make a change. The Winston Salem area is where I will be at the end of the summer while I transition to the Wilmington area in 2027 💖 the reason for our name, &Beyond, has always been so we are not limited to just one destination.

This does not change anything for current or future clients that want their mountain wedding. Looking forward to having more city and beachy events to come!

Our sweet, amazing, and extremely talented friend just shared some sneak peek of the headshots she took of me the other day. And I figured what a better way to announce that they are officially joint the &Beyond team as one of our in-house photographers!! 🪩

And not just because we have been fiends for 12+ years, I couldn’t recommend her more. Watching each other grow into who we have become has been so special. She made me feel so comfortable, we had so much fun, and her work truly speaks for itself.

Cheers to many, many more weddings together 🍾✨

It is with a heavy heart to say we lost such a special person to not just my self, , but to SO many others, Rhonda Daniels.

There is so many words I want to say about her because she made it so easy to. Rhon was our in house rentals ( ), animal lover, an amazing mom, DIY crafting and thrifting queen. She all around was just one badass of a woman.

One of her wishes is for anyone to donate to the in her honor. So with that being said for the remaining of 2026 we will be donating $10 of every $100 rental order (within our in house decor rentals). AND ✨every month of May✨ for the foreseeable future, we will donate a percentage of our total rental sales for that month to the humane society. We can call it “Rhonda’s Rescue Rentals”???

Love you so much, Rhon, missing you so dang much. 🌼

Last year I hit a hard burnout after our 2025 season- and not because of anything the clients, vendors, or our staff did. I was learning what my “sweet spot” of the amount of work to take on and just boundaries in general. (Also please ignore the millennial duck face pose)

So with that being said- I just did 5 events in 4 weeks and it was the best way to kick off our season. But, I want to avoid burnout again and listen to my body so I can continue to show up as the planner I promised to everyone. So I will be taking the next week off to get my at home life back in order and recharge so I can follow through with that promise 💛

Let’s get these love birds married! It’s officially Ellie & Noah’s wedding week and we are so excited for this weekend! See you at ✨💛

We have officially made it to Hannah & Nick’s wedding week and we are so excited to celebrate these two.

Starting with rehearsal dinner at Beech Mountain Club Rec Room on Friday, ceremony at Banner Elk’s Presbyterian Church, followed by reception at Beech Mountain Clubhouse, this Saturday!

The wedding and event planning industry does not typically have returning clients. Happy we can say one of our sweetest clients has asked us to help with their daughter, Rachel’s, NC State Graduation party in Raleigh this Saturday!

Excited to help her celebrate such a huge milestone with her closest friends and family 💛 Congratulations !
