When one door closes, another opens! 🎨

While we've just wrapped up our call for artwork for our upcoming pottery exhibition, we're already looking ahead to the next one. Introducing Touchpoints: Exploring Texture in Art! Expected to be on display in the fall at the Watauga Arts Council.

This open-themed exhibition invites artists to explore the visual impact and expressive potential of texture. We're looking for artwork where texture ultimately plays a central role in the piece.

Because of the broad theme, artists are encouraged to interpret it in their own unique way. All mediums are welcome, including fiber art, mixed media, painting, sculpture, and more.

Exhibition Details:
• Open to both 2D and 3D artwork
• Up to three submissions per artist
• Deadline is August 31st
• No application fee!
• Juried opportunity
