2. Complete your entire medical intake form & patient chart creation (system notified office when done)
3. We reach out for a phone or telehealth consult, or self-schedule using the app!
4. Medication is ordered and delivered directly to home (or clinic)
5. 60 min in-person or telehealth visit to review your medication and make a REAL plan
