Yoder Painting

Another project finished recently. This 60 to 70 year old home was well lived in by its previous owners. The new owner decided it was time for a refresh. Work includes:

• Repair water damaged plaster walls
• Fill hole from inwall medicine cabinet
• Install bathroom vent and light
• Paint walls and ceiling
• Refinish wood floors

That's right, we do so much more than your typical painter.

Alot of rain drops dodged, but another house completed. Here we painted the foundation, metal siding, and metal railing.

A small out building completed last week to help a customer get their home sold. As you may be able to tell from the first set of photos the paint was chipping badly from the old garage, so to save time from removing all the paint (and money) and to keep it from chipping after it was painted a sealing and bonding primer was applied before painting. This allowed it to pass inspection and for sell to be completed!
